The Garystat G701 single-stage thermostat boasts a large, easy-to-read backlit display, enabling clear visibility and effortless operation. Moreover, this upgraded thermostat features a real-time temperature and humidity cycle display, enhancing the user's awareness of their home environment.

Designed and manufactured to professional standards, our products are crafted to improve home comfort and simplify installation. The Garystat G701 is compatible with single-stage systems, including gas, oil, or electric furnaces, millivolt systems, and central heating and cooling systems. However, it is not compatible with 110-240V HVAC systems, heat pump systems, RV thermostats, or multi-stage systems.

The thermostat's non-programmable, single-stage design offers 1 heat and 1 cool function. Its large LCD display with a green backlight, room temperature and humidity monitoring, and fan switch with ON and AUTO modes make it user-friendly, particularly for middle-aged and elderly users.

Boasting advanced features, the Garystat G701 allows for separate heating and cooling swing (cycle rate) adjustments, room temperature calibration, and a 3-minute compressor delay protection (selectable on or off). It also offers the flexibility of displaying temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius.

Installation is straightforward, thanks to the easy-to-access battery compartment, wire-coded terminal blocks, and universal sub-base. The thermostat can be mounted on the wall or a junction box and is dual-powered by 24VAC or 2 AAA batteries, eliminating the need for a C-wire.
